It is contended that a review application has already been filed under Section 13 of Bihar Land Encroachment Act by the petitioner in which notices have been issued to the parties concerned. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy of review. However, in case review is decided against the petitioner or the petitioner is aggrieved by the final order in any manner, he would be at liberty to approach the competent forum assailing the aforesaid order which would be available to him under law.
