2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection Parsauni P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 363, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2024 and in the case, charges have been framed on 7.4.2025.
4. It has come during investigation that the deceased had a fight with the petitioner and because of the same, she has committed suicide.
5. Considering the facts of the case, the delay in the trial and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 63 of 2025 arising out of Parsauni P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
