The learned counsel for the Central Bank of India has produced a letter dated 11.07.2019 sent by the Regional Manager, Regional office, Baluatal, Motihari wherein, it has been stated that the pension for the period 01.01.2017 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17843 of 2018(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 31.07.2019 amounting to a sum of Rs. 5,08,982/- has already been credited to the bank account of the petitioner herein on 10.07.2019 and from the month of August, 2019, pension shall be paid regularly.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Bank, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition, however with a liberty that in case of any subsisting grievance, the petitioner may approach the respondents for redressal of the same.
