ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 31.10.2017 in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.384 of 2015, G.R. No.2849/2015, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is alleged to have fired, the injury purported to have been inflicted is simple in nature. It is further submitted that apart from one other case, the petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.453 of 2018 (4) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.384 of 2015, G.R. No.2849/2015.
