Heard the parties.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It appears that similarly situated co-accused-Bablu Kumar and Ranjit Singh have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 10.02.2017 in Cr. Misc.No.50664 of 2016 and co-accused-Kapildeo Singh was allowed bail by another Coordinate Bench of this Court on 27.06.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.22625 of 2018.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17129 of 2020(4) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chausa Police Station Case No.144 of 2014 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
