JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, District-East Champaran, i.e. the respondent no.3 to dispose off the pending Encroachment Case No. 12 of 2019-2020.

Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.3 to dispose off the aforesaid pending Encroachment Case No. 12 of 2019-2020 by passing the final

Patna High Court CWJC No.5436 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
