Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-341, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have opened fire on the informant and other police officials, when they had gone to apprehend him in connection with Medani Chowki P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014. Admittedly, neither the informant nor any other police officials sustained fire-arm injury in the present case and except the present case as well as Medani Chowki P.S. Case No. 23 of 2014, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be
