JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.58 of 2011, a case under Sections 363/364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. According to F.I.R., the named accused persons enticed away the son of the informant. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. However, at the belated stage of the investigation it came that petitioner was also involved in the occurrence.

Considering the suspicious nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57189 of 2017 (3) dt.01-02-2018 P2/ on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
