Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested by the police along with stolen motorcycle for which Mufassil P.S. Case no. 09/2016 was lodged against the petitioner.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner happens to be mechanic and, as a matter of fact, except the present case as well as Mufassil P.S. Case no. 09/2016, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the
