Pursuant to earlier order dated 11.04.2025, an affidavit has been filed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Saran Range, Chapra annexing the report of the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj dated 21.04.2025. In the said report, it has been stated that the Police has found the alibi of Parwej Alam @ Chhote Mukhiya as true and therefore, his involvement in the crime is not found. So far as, the other accused persons are concerned, the Police has found the case true against them.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the CCTV footage in and around the place of occurrence has not been examined by the Police and the Investigating Officer should be directed for the same. 4.

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Saran Range, Chapra again with his representation, who in turn, will act in accordance with law.
