Petitioners and three others are said to have kidnapped the informant but subsequently due to timely arrival of police, the informant could be saved. The purpose of kidnapping has not been disclosed in the written report. No doubt, petitioners do have criminal antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that even if the prosecution story is assumed to be true, it is at best a case of Section 363 of the IPC which is bailable in nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the submission of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/0 (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
