JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 20 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 4.4.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 118 of 2016.
