The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Dead body of Rakesh Kumar was recovered leading to registration of F.I.R. against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of co-accused and statement of witness Ram Jatan Yadav in 164 Cr. P.C. statement. The Supervising Officer has also found complicity of the petitioner from very initial stage of planning to kill the victim.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the
