Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substance Act and various sections of the Arms Act. Petitioner and three others were arrested with motorcycle but nothing incriminating article appears to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30.12.2015.

So far as killing of Santosh Chaudhary is concerned, separate case has been registered for the said occurrence. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Ahiyapur P.S.
