JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C2381 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that 135 Liters of Nepali Soufi liquor was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2018. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
