The petitioners being parents of the late husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the daughter of the informant died due accidental burn injuries and the husband of the victim (son of the petitioner) also received injuries in the same incident, who also succumbed to the injuries, subsequently. During investigation it was found that the room was locked from inside and the villagers broke the door and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34681 of 2015 (2) dt.17-08-2015 2/2 took out the daughter of the informant and her husband in burnt condition. The accusation is omnibus and general against the petitioners.

Considering the accusation not being specific as the son of the petitioners also died due to burn injury, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Musarigharari P.S. Case No.7 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
