The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No.1073 of 2013 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that though the petitioner is not named in the FIR and is in custody since 4th June, 2016, has not been put on T.I.Parade and no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession as also the fact that several other co-accused persons having identical allegation have already been granted bail by different orders passed by this Court, the petitioner, namely, Santosh Kumar @ Santosh @ Bantha @ Banthava, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
