Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Harlakhi P.S. case no. 214 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341,323, 324, 326, 307 and 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that while the informant was sleeping with her two minor children she saw this petitioner carrying bottle filled with petrol arrived at her 'Darwaja'. The informant came out side and the wife of this petitioner caught hold of the informant and one Pulkit Sah ordered to set fire on which this petitioner after sprinkling petrol on the bed of the informant set the same on fire, as a result of which, the two minor child of the informant who were sleeping, sustained burn injuries and they were taken to hospital for treatment.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56274 of 2017(5) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 The case diary has been received wherein the doctor has found burn injuries on the persons of both the minor child. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
