2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 719 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 112(2) of the BNS and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act.

3. The petitioner is a candidate in place of whom, one criminal had impersonated and appeared in the Constable Recruitment Exam.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 719 of 2024.
