JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 448, 147, 148, 149, 307, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that firing was resorted to by the petitioners causing fire arm injuries to the informant and grand-son of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that injuries have been found to be simple and the accusation has been levelled in the background of land dispute. Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Dhansoi P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34288 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 Case No. 130 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
