Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was caught by the informant and others after the alleged occurrence and nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was caught by the informant on mere suspicion. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33824 of 2016 (2) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.17 of 2016.
