The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parasa P.S.Case No.141 of 2017 registered for an offence under Section 302 and other Sections of the IPC as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation as per written report is that altogether 15 FIR named accused attacked and assaulted the informant and his family members. The allegation of causing fire arm injury is against Shailednra Rai and Sahdeo Rai and allegation against other co-accused is omnibus. This petitioner is a lady having allegation that she was member of the mob. She has clean antecedent and is in custody since 10.09.2017.

In the facts and circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
