JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 20866 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the order dated 22.10.2019.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of certain constraints, the defects could not be removed in time but he undertakes to remove the same within a period of four weeks from today.
Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed and it is directed that the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no.
Patna High Court MJC No.534 of 2022(2) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 20866 of 2019 be restored to its original file, subject to removal of the defects by physical mode, within a period of four weeks from today.
