JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report reflects that other accused assaulted and set the maize on fire. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was also present there and put pistol on the neck of informant's father. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30020 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.425 of 2015.
