Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner by way of the instant writ application seeks quashing of order dated 07.06.2022 (Annexure-08 to the writ petition) passed by the Special Work Officer, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service.

This court would observe that the petitioner has remedy of review by way of memorial against the impugned order in terms of Rule 24 (2) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 (hereinafter
Patna High Court CWJC No.4698 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 referred as "Rules").

With liberty to the petitioner for availing remedy under Rule 24 (2) of the Rules, writ application is disposed of. 5.
If the review by way of memorial is presented within a period of four weeks, the authorities should consider the same, without any unnecessary delay or undue adjournments, expeditiously.
