JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 16 of the Bonded Labour System Abolition Act, 1976. Petitioners were caught, when they were carrying some children by train and the informant claims that the petitioners were found indulged in human trafficking. The informant disclosed the age of the rescued children in between 16 to 17 years but there is nothing on the record to show that before ascertaining the age of the aforesaid children, they were medically examined. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Rail G.R.P.
