In the present case, the petitioner has made a simple prayer that the work done by him as Panchayat Rojgar Sevak under the Scheme No.2 of 2009-10, Scheme No. 4 of 2009-10, Scheme No.5 of 2009-10 and Scheme No.6 of 2009-10 allotted under MANREGA be measured in his presence.

In such view of the matter, let the District Magistratecum-District Programme Coordinator, Araria depute any person and get the measurement of the work done by him in presence of the petitioner.
