The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pachrkhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No.159 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners and alleged that all the accused persons are difference places came to his house with anintentin of killing. Jai Prakash Yadav, Om Prakash Yadad, Arun Yadav assaulted the informant with hockey stick and lathi. Sonu Yadav and Ranjeet Yadav assaulted his father who was also badly injured. Other accused persons assaulted other family

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is counter version being Pachrkhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No.160 of 2017 from the side of the petitioner and also many persons injured. The case has already been compromised. The injured Sunil Kumar and others got simple injury.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners as also the fact that there is a case and counter case and the injury sustained by both sides are said to be simple and both sides entered into compromise, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Siwan in connection with Pachrkhi (Sarai) P.S. Case No.159 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
