Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40140 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 together and are being disposed of by a common order. The respective petitioners in these two cases seek anticipatory bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 38 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and serious nature of allegation made against the petitioners in the FIR, I am not inclined to grant them bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
