One litre of country made wine has been seized from the possession of the petitioner who has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 08.04.2016. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Dhaina Baski @ Dina Basaki @ Dhina Baski is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Case No. CC143/2016.
