2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 451, 380, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.439 of 2019.

3. The Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners for the reason that petitioners at leisure have moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail when the FIR was instituted in the year 2019 and the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by the learned District Court in the year 2020 itself.

4. However, in the event if the petitioners surrender before the learned Trial court, the learned Trial court without being prejudiced by this order shall pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
