2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) against the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the learned Additional Collector in Mutation Revision No.19/2024-25 whereby and where under the learned Additional Collector

Patna High Court CWJC No.4820 of 2026(3) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 has been pleased to confirm the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms in Mutation Appeal No.76/2023-24 and set aside the order of mutation passed by respondent Circle Officer on a wrong and erroneous assumption of facts, vide order dated 16.01.2023 wherein the land in question has been mutated in favour of the petitioner.

(ii) against the order dated 05.02.2024 passed by respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms in Mutation Appeal No.76/2023-24 whereby and where under the order of mutation passed by respondent Circle Officer vide order dated 16.01.2023 in favour of the petitioner has been set aside, erroneously and without jurisdiction.

(iii) for a direction to the respondents to affirm the order of mutation passed by respondent Circle Officer vide order dated 16.01.2023 in favour of the petitioner in Mutation Case No.4471 R27/2022-23.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4820 of 2026(3) dt.20-07-2026 3/3 (iv) for restraining the local authorities' i.e. respondent nos. 2 to 5 from interfering with peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question, in any manner, consequently."

3. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been preferred for withdrawal of the writ petition.

4. In that background, I.A. No. 1 of 2026 is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition as also the Interlocutory Application stand disposed of.
