The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dariyapur P.S.Case No. 163 of 2013 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 307, 325, 379, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. no specific role has been attributed to her. Furthermore, it is submitted that the petitioner is an old lady and in view of the fact that no specific role has been attributed to her she may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
In view of the fact that learned counsel for the informant submits that other persons have been extended the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39389 of 2014 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 privilege of regular bail, let the petitioner in case of her arrest or surrender within a period of two weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P. S. Case No. 163 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr. P.C.
