Seen the report submitted by the learned lower Court wherefrom it is evident that after closure of prosecution case, statement of accused had already been taken. Now, the case is pending for defence argument. So, it is the petitioner, who has to sail the trial. With regard to merit of the case, considering the quantum of recovery of ganja, I do not feel any cogent ground for reconsideration. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
