The petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2018 in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 364 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the accused is that he abducted the informant and later on released the informant at some distance on the same day. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts that the petitioner has remained in custody since 25.6.2018 and the informant was released immediately after abduction at some distance from the

No.54839 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 place of occurrence, let the petitioner named above to be released on bail after 21.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017.
