The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 09.02.2019.

Submission is that recovery of liquor is alleged from the possession of two persons, one of them has been granted bail by the learned Court-below itself.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18004 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.48 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
