The petitioner seeks bail in Banka Mahila P.S. Case No. 53/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner established physical relation with the informant on the pretext of marriage, on account of which she became pregnant and thereafter she was brought to her matrimonial house where father of the petitioner did not allow to live the victim girl in his house. From the written report itself, it appears that the act was done with consent of victim girl.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55324 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka Mahila P.S. Case No. 53/2017, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
