2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be seeking bail in next four weeks.

3. If the petitioner surrenders and seek bail in the next four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take into account the allegation that has come against him and pass an order preferably on the same day.

4. The Cr. Misc. No. 24615 of 2024 stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
