The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2017 corresponding with G.R. No. 4683 of 2017 registered under Sections341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Act.

The accusation is that on 07.12.2017 in the evening informant, Anirudh Kumar was passing through the door of Munna Prasad then Anchala Devi, wife of Munna Prasad, started hurling abuses to the informant and also threatened to kill him. And on protest made by the informant, petitioner threw a bomb on him and on the sound of explosion, local

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to animosity. No one has sustained injury. Petitioner is in jail since 05.09.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut (Gokhulpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 383 of 2017 (G.R. No. 4683 of 2017).
