JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners is in custody in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 677 /2017 for the offence registered under Sections 395, 397, 354-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. The case was registered against unknown and notwithstanding the petitioner was arrested on the confessional statement of the co-accused. He has not been put on TIP. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above directed to be released after 21.10.2018 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
