Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506/34/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no.4 Vijay Kumar @ Banti is the landlord

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29401 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 and petitioner nos. 1 to 3 are his relatives and the present case has been filed by the informant, who is a tenant, because of rental dispute. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that now the matter has been settled and a compromise petition has been filed in the court below, which is annexed as Annexure-3 to this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the F.I.R. of Muffasil (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 172 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 427, 504, 506/34/34 of the Indian Penal Code is hereby quashed. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
