The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 387 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that four accused persons including the petitioners went to the liquor shop of the informant and demanded extortion, on non-payment of the same, the informant was assaulted and the accused persons took away Rs.40,000/-, three bottles of liquor and gold locket from the shop of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the protest being made, for demand of more than the printed price on the liquor bottle, the accusation has been levelled.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33214 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 There is no injury report is on record and the accusation is omnibus and general against the accused persons. Moreover, a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gauri Chak P.S. Case No.246 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
