One country made loaded pistol and five live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the dickey of car of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.05.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Chapra in connection with Maker P.S.Case No.54 of 2016.
