Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018. The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against four unknown persons. Submission is that investigation of the case is already closed. Petitioner was never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation of the case nor any incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, rather the petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below
