Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 47(A) and 53(A) of the Bihar Excise Act. 300 ML country made liquor kept in a bottle is said to have been recovered from possessions of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 28.5.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
