In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 126 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the petitioner has kidnapped the minor daughter of opposite party no.2 for the purposes of marriage.
The girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that her parents wanted to marry

Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-13-cumSub Judge-14, Hajipur (Vaishali), in connection with Complaint Case No. 126 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
