JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No. 158/2018, for the offence registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., he submits that victim has joined wedlock with the brother of the petitioner and in view of the statement of the victim, he submits that the petitioner is innocent and deserves grant of bail. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2018.

Considering the statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., let the petitioner named above is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54457 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 released on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 9th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S.
