The petitioner seeks bail in Pirpainti P. S. Case No. 292 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 419, 420/34 Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the written report it appears that an amount of Rs. 49,900/- has been transferred in the account of the petitioner. He is ready to make payment of the aforesaid amount to the informant.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2018. He has no criminal antecedent.

No.55124 of 2018(2) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 In such circumstances, petitioner named above, will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-11, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. case no. 292 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. The petitioner will also file demand draft of Rs. 49,900 in the name of informant at the time of filing of bail bond. The aforesaid demand draft shall be handed over to the informant by Court below without any delay.

The above payment will be subject to the final result of the case.
