JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Keeping in view that petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2018, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55415 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sunil Kr. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
