Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a general and omnibus allegation has been made against these petitioners and eight others in view of the fact that the dead body of one Umesh Yadav was placed for the purpose of blocking the road. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no particular role has been assigned to the petitioners and they have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation made against
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33219 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 these petitioners and also the fact that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, let the petitioners, named above in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection Roshanganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
